My Credit Card Expired: What Should I Do?
If your credit card has expired, updating your payment method on FusedSub is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to ensure uninterrupted access to your subscriptions:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
- Visit FusedSub.com and click on the Log In button located in the hamburger menu at the top-right corner of the homepage.
- Enter your account credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Access the Billing Section
- Once logged in, open the hamburger menu (for logged-in users, this menu contains additional options).
- Select Billing from the menu.
- You will be redirected to your billing information page, hosted by Stripe, our trusted payment processor.
Step 3: Update Your Payment Method
On the Stripe billing page, you’ll find the option to manage your payment methods:
- Add a New Credit/Debit Card
- Click Add Payment Method to enter your new credit card details.
Once added, make sure to set the new card as your default payment method to avoid disruptions to your subscription.
Remove the Expired Card
- Locate the expired card in your payment methods list.
- Click the delete icon next to the card to remove it.
Step 4: Verify Your Billing Information
Ensure that your billing details are up-to-date:
- Double-check your name, address, and other billing information.
- Make any necessary updates directly on the Stripe billing page.
