1. Refunds Within 48 Hours of Initial Payment
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial payment, no questions asked.
In this case, your access to the shared subscription will be revoked immediately, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Refunds After 48 Hours
If you experience a technical issue, unexpected access problem, or any disruption during your subscription period, please contact us. We’ll evaluate your case and may offer a prorated refund based on the remaining unused time in your billing cycle.
Refunds after 48 hours are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, but we always strive to be fair and responsive.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only applicable to initial or most recent billing cycle payments.
- We do not issue refunds for past billing cycles or user-initiated cancellations.
- FusedSub does not sell or provide the subscription services directly. We facilitate access-sharing between users, and access may depend on the subscription owner's compliance with the service provider’s terms.
